Mr. Macdonnell:

Mr. Chairman, I apologize for interrupting the minister but my understanding is that there are still one or two statements to be given. There is one that the Leader of the Opposition asked for. After all it is ten o'clock and I do not see any reason at all why we should be sitting here indefinitely. If it were only a question of two or three minutes, that would be another matter.
