I should like to direct a question to the Secretary of State for External Affairs. Will the minister have an investigation made in Vancouver with respect to whether attempts are being made there to sell red China government bonds to Canadians of Chinese origin and, if so, whether threats of retaliation against relatives in China are being made in connection with attempts to sell the bonds?
