Hon. Milton F. Gregg (Minister of Labour):

The answer is yes. An agreement between the government of Canada and the government of the province of Saskatchewan, providing for the co-ordination of rehabilitation activities in that province, and federal financial assistance in relation to it and relating to the appointment of a provincial co-ordinator, was signed on August 21, 1953. I am now advised that a provincial co-ordinator on rehabilitation, in the person of Mr. J. S. Probe, was appointed in February by the province of Saskatchewan.
