Mr. Si. Laurent:

I think these words are identical with the words of previous motions. I know that last year the motion was to continue the work -that had been done by a previous committee and the report of that previous committee was referred to the committee to be set up. It was felt this time that it would be in order to have the language as general as possible. I am quite sure that if the committee finds that there is something that it wishes to do that is not covered by this reference, there will be no hesitancy on the part of the house to accept its recommendations that the terms of reference be enlarged. I would undertake to bring that before the house without any delay whatsoever.
