Hon. J. J. McCann (Minister of National Revenue):

Mr. Speaker, yesterday the Leader of the Opposition (Mr. Drew) asked a question which was as follows:
I should like to ask a supplementary question. Can the minister inform the house whether a gentleman of Polish extraction or Polish stock has been engaged for the purpose of starting such a program? If so, what is his name?
He had reference to programs to Poland. The answer is that no one has been engaged to start a Polish program for the international service or to advise on possible Polish progress.
