should like to direct a question to the

Inquiries oj the Ministry Minister of Transport. I have not given him notice but I hope he will be as well prepared to answer as the Secretary of State for External Affairs. I should like to know if any consideration has been given to the question of adjusting telegraph and radiotelephone rates between the other provinces and Newfoundland to bring them in line with rates prevailing on this side of the Atlantic.
