1 and 2. There is no Fuel Inspector on the Intercolonial Railway named F. B. Chapman ; there is, however, a young man named F. B. Chapman, who was employed in the service as checker and clerk from June 1891 until February 1897, when he was dropped on account of reduction of staff, and who has lately been re-employed as a clerk in the Mechanical Accountant's Office.
