1. A Department of Transport hangar at the airport is leased to the western development museum board at a rental of $212.42 per month, for the purpose of "creating exhibits for a western development museum to contain the older types of agricultural implements and transportation equipment."

4. Yes, the lessee complained of the condition of the roof and requested that free rental be granted for a period of one year in order that the lessee might make the necessary repairs. The department advised it was unable to make such an exception.
5. Apart from the roof, the property is considered to be in good condition.
