Mr. Speaker, the question of privilege is very clear. The Prime Minister has left the impression that in what has been done there is a breach of secrecy. I would point out that there has been no breach of secrecy; anything that has been said was said in the proper way to the then prime minister of Canada, and was placed in the possession of this house.
