Mr. ROSS (St, Paul's):

Perhaps the minister would give us a few details of the capital cost of $3,000,000 odd in vote 805. I think I know what it- is for, probably for the purchase of the Ford hotel building in Montreal. Why does the C.B.C. want that building? I just cannot see why a building costing over three million dollars is needed in connection with this international short wave. Has this anything to do with the ordinary expenditures of CJ3.C., or what is the explanation?
