Mr. McILRAITH:

I would be delighted to go into that subject, but this is neither the time nor place. I think hon. members should realize that what is being done here is to attempt to have a certain provincial organization get hold of a basic raw material which is in short supply. They want to get it in their hands away from the regular channels of trade. It is a matter of seeking to destroy the existing system rather than contributing to a solution of the problem of shortage of nails.
