I have just had the hon. member's question handed to me. The limitations in effect are those which are in the act itself. The increase was a flat increase of 25 per cent to all those who are pensioned as of right. The limitation applies to dependent parents, in connection with which awards there has been discretionary power in the commission. In the case of a veteran himself, his wife or children, the increase is automatic.
