Mr. E. D. PULTON (Kamloops):

I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Mines and Resources. As a result of the floods, the only Canadian highway leading into British Columbia which can be used

the only road now open-is one passing through a national park. Under the circumstances will the minister make a temporary change in the regulations to permit through trucking over the road through the national park?
