Mr. FOURNIER (Hull):

On Monday we intend to proceed with the second reading of Bill 328, which was introduced by the Minister of Agriculture today concerning the reclamation and development of marshlands in the maritime provinces. Then we shall move that the house go into committee of supply and call two new departments. We shall not discuss the new items but proceed with the estimates of agriculture, transport, national health and welfare, and public works.
