Mr. HAMEL:

Mr. Speaker, we do not agree as to what the term motherland means. In my humble opinion, this is the first cause of our dissensions.
The second cause lies in the fact that we give a different interpretation to the internal constitution of our country. The spirit of confederation is to make out of Canada a bilingual country.
