I have the honour to lay before the house court judgments in connection with the imprisonment of Fred Rose, M.P., namely (1) a true copy of the verdict and sentence in the case of Fred Rose; (2) copy of the certificate of the clerk of the court attesting the said verdict and sentence;
(3) copy of the judgment of the court of King's Bench, Appeal side, rejecting the appeal and maintaining the verdict; (4) copy of the judgment of the court of King's Bench, Appeal side, rejecting the appeal and confirming the sentence.
