Mr. FLEMING:

Another point might be clarified, namely the significance of the word "Ireland". What is the relevance of that geographical expression to the nation which now calls itself Eire. I take it that the reference in this schedule applies to the whole geographical island known as Ireland, including the northern six counties and Eire.
