Mr. DIEFENBAKER:

May I ask the
minister a question arising out of his statement? Suppose the farmer decides to dispose of his wheat and delivers it to the elevator, and he has not determined on the sale until 1947 or 1948. Is he subject to storage fees and expenses at the elevator between the time he delivers the wheat and the time he determines to sell it?
