Mr. MACKENZIE:

I will give an undertaking that he- is protected next Tuesday from eight to nine o'clock, and with the consent of the house, Mr. Speaker, I now move:
That the order of business between the hours of eight and nine p.m. on Friday, October 19, be suspended and transferred to government business in order to discuss the resolution dealing with the charter of the united nations standing in the name of the Prime Minister.
That is to cover the undertaking which the house has just been generous enough to give regarding private members hour from eight to nine o'clock to-morrow night.
