The Canadian government is represented in London at the present time by the acting high commissioner, Mr. Frederic Hudd. So far as I know, plans for administration of Japan are not on the agenda of the present session of the council of foreign ministers.
I might say that I have had notice of a question which the leader of the C.C.F. party intended to ask, and which relates in part to what my hon. friend has just asked. Perhaps, if-
