Dear Sir,-Inclosed is a draft Bill to amend the Act of the present session respecting the Temiscouata Railway Company, the object of which is to correct an error made by myself. It will he quite in order if so desired to introduce this Bill without notice and to pass it through the several stages at one sitting.
