Hon. J. L. RALSTON (Minister of National Defence):

I may say that I have had
several communications, probably from the same sources as those from which the communications to my hon. friend emanated. I think several of the telegrams referred to the same individuals. I immediately gave instructions to the adjutant general to have a full inquiry made, to work by telephone if necessary, and to carry on whatever investigation might be required in order to probe to the bottom the allegations which were made in these communications.
