It is six months since we had a general manager.
Mr. LaFLECHE: May I reply to the
second question? I simply wish to observe that of all Canadian citizens the hon. member for Peel (Mr. Graydon) should understand that appointments cannot always be made immediately. He himself is acting, and has been for a long time.
