Mr. Speaker, I think I shall have to make the same reply which I have already made to my hon. friend when he asked similar questions with respect to inquiries into the deaths of trainees in training. In this particular case I would say that the ferry command is under the Royal Air Force, and not under the Royal Canadian Air Force, and I have no control over it. I am convinced, however, that the Royal Air Force would not be willing to produce reports of these inquiries. With this reservation, the question can pass as an order for return.
