Representations with regard
to reduction in unit value of the gasoline rationing coupons have been received from provincial governments, various organizations, business corporations, and private individuals
in the maritime provinces. These representations covered all aspects of the question, including the effect of the reduction on the regular means of livelihood of a number of people. There is no way of estimating what number of people are so affected.
