Mr. COLDWELL:

Placing the whole burden upon an hon. member of this house to ask about something that occurs in his constituency, and then castigating him, in my opinion is wrong. The minister must take ' some responsibility for this situation. As for the radio and the press, surely we have a voluntary censorship; and members of the house surely must ask questions somewhere about the welfare of their constituents or as to what happens in their constituencies.
