It is very difficult to answer this question. The regional offices have a very small staff, and it would be practically impossible to copy the data and file it here without considerable additional staff. Another difficulty is that it is not easy to know from the records which men are bond salesmen and which are not. The records of course do not disclose whom they represent. I ask that the question be dropped.
