Mr. MacKINNON (Edmonton West):

Mr. Speaker, on several occasions in this house and elsewhere I have been asked this question and I have explained that we would be glad to give this information if we were allowed to do so. We have sold wheat to the British ministry of food on various occasions and one .of the terms and conditions of those sales has been that the price be not revealed. I am sorry that it is impossible for me to give further information in connection with this request and I would suggest that the motion be dropped.
