F. Ogston, manager of the Ferguson Fuels Limited, and the chairman of the wartime prices and trade board; (e) wartime prices and trade board and the fuel administrator and the Toronto retail fuel dealers' association, together with letters written by individual Toronto coal dealers to the wartime prices and trade board and the fuel administrator; (f) W. A. Gunn and Mr. Ralston and Mr. Ilsley regarding a 10 per cent

import tax on coal covering the 1940 season; (g) the Toronto Retail Fuel Dealers' Association and the Toronto trade and industry commission.
Also a copy of the brief presented to the manager of the Combines Act by Senator McGuire, on behalf of the Toronto Retail Fuel Dealers' Association.
