I may call the hon. member's attention to this. I understand that in a few moments a motion will be made for the House to go into Committee of Supply ; and instead of moving the adjournment of the House, perhaps it would be more regular for the hon. member to wait until that motion is made, when he will have an opportunity to bring up the question he wants to bring before the House.
