Hon. R. B. HANSON (Leader of the Opposition) :

While we are on this subject, may I presume to ask the Minister of Justice (Mr. Lapointe) if the property of the Dufferin Shipbuilding company and the Dufferin Paving company has been sequestrated? I saw a legal notice in one of the Toronto papers to the effect that the firm of Price, Waterhouse & Company has been appointed to some position in respect of this matter. Probably the minister would be in a position to give the house some information.
