Mr. Speaker, I would like to ask the Minister of Justice (Mr. Lapointe), who is leading the house, whether if the commission investigating and reporting upon the relations between the provinces and the dominion makes its report before the next session of parliament, the report will be made available to the members for study as soon as it is received, or approximately so?
