Mr. CRERAR:

Many of the soldier settlers are taking advantage of the Farmers' Creditors Arrangement Act to arrange a composition of their debts, and they are being encouraged to do so. I do not know that there is anything I can add. I do not think there is much foundation for the statement that these lands are being sold to incoming German settlers.
