Hon. P. J. A. CARDIN (Minister of Public Works):

Mr. Speaker, some time ago a proposal for the extension of the postal terminal in Toronto was considered, with other proposals of a similar character from other parts of the country. Several public buildings of great importance have been under discussion, and it has been decided after consideration that for the moment at least the extension my hon. friend speaks of be not proceeded with but be given further consideration. We are at present giving the matter further consideration.
