Mr. MICHAUD:

There is nothing against that. Any person may import fish from another country. It is indicated on the can that the fish was canned in Japan. There is further indication as to the kind of fish, the weight and where it was put up. That cannot be helped. People import from foreign countries goods to be sold in this country. That is how we have trade relations with other countries; there must be an exchange of goods.
