Mr. MICHAUD:

The purpose of this bill is to amend the Meat and Canned Foods Act with a view to bringing under its terms a new method of marketing lobster meat, fresh or frozen, in cans; and also to provide for the better labelling and indication of the place of origin of canned fish and shell fish placed on the Canadian market.
