Mr. MACKENZIE KING:

Well, I am very glad my hon. friend and I agree on that. However, I think perhaps it is important on all occasions to endeavour to avoid personalities. I shall be very glad to do what I can, to help see that such a course is followed.
May I say this, in regard to war records. My hon. friend has referred to this matter. Since the war I have been before the Canadian people in five general elections, and on four occasions out of five I have been returned as Prime Minister of this country. That is the answer.
