Mr. COLDWELL:

I have seen them from time to time. I think it is quite logical one should make such an estimate, because more Americans enter Canada to buy woollen goods, chinaware and other things. When Canadians from western Canada cross the border into the United States, very often they have no money with which to purchase goods in that country.
