Mr. WALSH:

When the people of Canada have an opportunity to express themselves, I hope they will be wise in their choice and will elect a government which will be well and effectively directed, so that they will know that they are being led in the right direction, and that the problems with which we are confronted, of which unemployment is only one, will be satisfactorily handled instead of being referred to commissions that are merely trying to kill time.
