1. The Department of Transport are now constructing and will maintain and operate a radio range station which will serve both airports.
2. Trans-Canada Air Lines will install, maintain and operate the two-way communication sets necessary.
3. The appointment of radio operators for the radio range station will rest with the Department of Transport; The appointment of the radio operators required for the twoway communication service will rest with Trans-Canada Air Lines.
4. The radio operators employed by the Department of Transport will be appointed by the Civil Service Commission.
