1. The line forms part of the Stanstead, Shefford and Chambly Railroad Company, the capital stock of which company is held by the Centmont Corporation. The capital stock of the Centmont Corporation is held by the Central Vermont Railway, Inc. The capital stock of the Central Vermont Railway Inc., is held by the Canadian National Railway Company.
