2. Has the government by guarantee, agreement, or any other means whatsoever, undertaken or agreed, directly or indirectly, to pay or cause to be paid the whole or any part of the indebtedness of any province to a Canadian chartered bank?
3. If so: (a) when were such undertakings or agreements made or given; (b) for what amounts; (c) what sums, if any, have actually been paid by the government?
