On a point of order,
Mr. Speaker, I think the hon. member, in view of your ruling, is putting me in an impossible position, because I cannot reply. I should like to suggest that there is a proper opportunity for him to discuss this matter. When my estimates are before the house he can put on the record everything he is now seeking to put on, and I shall be quite prepared to deal with it at that time.
