Mr. HARTIGAN:

Is the fuel testing department supplied with money sufficient to enable it to go on with the experiments? If there is a lack of money, then I say a sufficient amount should be set aside to permit it to proceed with the work. A satisfactory solution of the difficulty would be worth millions of dollars to Canada.
