Mr. MacNICOL:

I am convinced that money spent in that connection is well spent. I went through the vetcraft shop at Christie street hospital, and it was most interesting to see the men working there, many of whom if they were not in that shop would become mentally defective. I know quite a number myself. The department in providing this work is not only giving them an opportunity to supplement their pension; it is making their lives livable. I certainly am happy to support this vote.
