Those of us who have been for any number of years in the house will recognize, I believe, Doctor McKay's keen interest in public affairs and in people, Undoubtedly he was a strong party man, but I think we all came to realize that he was also a friendly man, and perhaps now that he has gone we think particularly of his friendliness.
