Mr. Speaker, I should like to ask a question of the Prime Minister. On February 4 of this year on behalf of the government of British Columbia I lodged an appeal to the governor in council against the decision of the board of railway commissioners refusing to grant a reduction in freight rates on grain for feeding purposes from the prairie provinces to British Columbia. When may we expect the privy council to deal with the matter?
