Mr. ELLIOTT:

This is an example of how my hon. friend thinks public works should be distributed throughout Ontario. He does not seem to be able to find, in all these items, over $400,000, any place where any expenditure should be made in a Liberal constituency. Of course there they do not need it quite as badly, they are probably better represented in this house.
