Mr. LAPOINTE:
Mr. Chairman, I do not like to be unpleasant, but I do not think it is proper to enter into all the departments to-night. I did not object when the Minister of Railways called one of his items. Yesterday however the Prime Minister announced that he would like to take up mines, pensions and national health. Railways and Canals was not mentioned, but I did not raise any objection.
