Mr. MULOCK:

I just wanted to draw
that point to the Prime Minister's attention, because I understand that at one time there was some difficulty in Great Britain in regard

to money being spent in France because of the lower cost of living there. That condition corrected itself over a period of time, when the cost of living in France increased.
